Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By subscribing to OMEGA Pro (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Kokyo Keisho Zaidan Stichting (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
2. The Service
OMEGA Pro provides persistent memory, multi-agent coordination, LLM routing, knowledge ingestion, entity management, and secure profile tools delivered as a Python package (“the Software”). The Software runs locally on your machine. We do not host, process, or store your data unless you explicitly enable optional cloud sync.
3. License
Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on any number of machines you personally operate. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or resell the Software or your license key.
4. Pricing and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The current price is displayed on the purchase page at the time of checkout. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until they cancel and re-subscribe.
5. Refund Policy
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time and your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Pro Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, Pro features are disabled but the open-source core continues to work.
7. Open Source Core
The OMEGA core is licensed under Apache 2.0 and remains free forever. These Terms apply only to the Pro tier. Your use of the open-source core is governed by the Apache 2.0 license.
8. Availability and Support
The Software runs locally and does not depend on our servers for core functionality. We provide the Pro Dashboard and download infrastructure on a best-effort basis. Support is available via email at hello@omegamax.co.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email to the address on your account. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
