What OMEGA Does

OMEGA gives Claude Desktop persistent memory. Once installed, Claude can store and recall information across conversations. It works automatically in the background.

Remembers your preferences. Tell Claude once that you prefer concise answers, or that you write in British English, or that you always want code examples in Python. It remembers.

Tracks decisions over time. Working on a project across multiple sessions? Claude keeps track of what you decided and why, so you never lose context between conversations.

Learns your context. The more you use Claude with OMEGA, the more it understands your work. It builds a picture of your projects, your team, and the way you like to work.

Stays private and local. Your memories are stored on your computer in a local database. Nothing is sent to external servers. You own your data, and you can delete it anytime.

Three Steps, No Coding

The entire setup takes about a minute:

1. Download the installer. Grab the .pkg (macOS) or .exe (Windows).

2. Double-click to install. The installer handles everything: it sets up the memory system and connects it to Claude Desktop. No password required on macOS.

3. Restart Claude Desktop. Close and reopen Claude Desktop. OMEGA's memory tools appear automatically. Start chatting, and Claude starts remembering.

That's it. No terminal commands, no configuration files, no Python installation. The installer bundles everything Claude needs to start building memory.

Built with Care

We designed the installer around a few principles:

  • No admin access needed. Everything installs in your user directory. No system-level changes, no password prompts.
  • Safe for your existing setup. If you already have other tools connected to Claude Desktop, the installer preserves them. It merges, not overwrites.
  • Clean uninstall. Removing OMEGA takes the software off your machine but leaves your memories intact, so you never lose data by accident.
